Our last try to update some wordpress sites using ftp credentials was a failure. We were getting the following error :
Unable to locate WordPress Root directory.Installation Failed
After checking all permissions settings to “wp-includes” and “wp-admin” directories we realize that our ftp user was showing to a “wrong directory”.
